North Haven Fair 2024: Schedule Of Exhibits

Information Below Is From 2023, Updated 2024 Information Will Be Available In The Spring

1. All entry forms must be submitted and received by September 1, 2023.

2. All Photography exhibits (Departments O and Y), Home Arts exhibits (Departments. I, J, K, L, M, N, V, W, and X) and Group Exhibits (Department Z) must be brought to the Fairgrounds on Tuesday September 5, 2023 between 7:00pm and 9:00pm.

3. All Agricultural Exhibits (Junior and Adult) including Vegetables (Depts. B and P), Flowers, Baking, and Canning (Depts. A, C, D, E, F, G, H, Q, R, S, T, and U) must be brought to the Fairgrounds on Wednesday September 6, 2023, between 7:00pm and 9:00pm or Thursday September 7, 2023, between 7:00am and 8:30am. No exhibits will be accepted after this time.

4. Exhibits must remain in place until 7:00pm on Sunday, September 10, 2023, or they will be disqualified.

5. Exhibits MUST be picked up by 8:00pm on September 10, 2023 or will be disposed of at the convenience of the North Haven Fair Association.

6. Premiums (prize money) will be paid as noted. Premiums will be available at the Fair Main Office on Sunday September 10, 2023 between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. Premiums will not be mailed, and if unclaimed will be forfeited.
